Working With Intermediaries to reach Entrepreneurs

The Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership devised the Business Improvement Tool for Entrepreneurs (BITE) over the spring/summer of 2001. The tool was designed to help the entrepreneur identify his/her own development needs and provide signposting to a range of solutions that mimic the informal development opportunities which many entrepreneurs experience.

The Centre for Enterprise was approached to further pilot BITE with intermediaries and stakeholders as they engaged with entrepreneurs in 'their world'. This final report details the actions undertaken and the feedback gained from the work programme.
